What’s your message to your community?
Be patient, be kind and try and keep community in mind.
How can the community best support you?
We have a retail shop so coming in to get donuts and bagels to go is the best way. Sharing or telling your friends about us on social media really helps too.
What has been your creative escape during COVID?
Creating new menu items for the shop.
What has COVID taught you about connection?
That I should make more time for connecting with my friends and family in other cities and countries. Technology makes it easy.
What place in your neighborhood are you excited to get back to? Why?
Fall Brewing. It’s a place where a lot of people in the industry meet up to socialize and I love the Fall crew.
If you were to write a book about 2020 so far, what would the title be?
Silver Linings in the Storm Clouds of a Pandemic
