Rebranding a non-profit disrupting gender and racial inequality to uplift women in tech.


Technology's future depends on diverse voices, but systemic barriers keep entire communities locked out. Rewriting the Code addresses this inequality head-on, creating pathways for women and underrepresented groups to thrive in the tech industry. Their previous brand felt too literal with a strong use of brackets and binary code, when their real power lies in human transformation.
We developed a bold new identity that speaks directly to Gen Z changemakers. The reimagined wordmark literally rewrites "code" by rotating the "O," creating a visual metaphor for disruption that resonates across platforms. Moving beyond tech clichés, we developed a comprehensive system around transformation and empowerment. The expansive color palette and dynamic supporting elements reflect their global community's diversity, while scaling seamlessly across sub-brands and affiliate partnerships.
Since launch, the organization has achieved 28% year-over-year growth, proof that authentic branding drives real impact.
